Drive Melaka Operation Excellence (Speed) in WFM optimization tools execution contribute to Productivity and Speed which ultimately contribute to department and Melaka site target (CT90)In your new role you will:Systemize and deploy optimized WIP flow Management approaches to drive 4M (Machines, Man, Material and Methods)synchronization and contribute to the Site's Year-on-Year productivity goal.Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to document WFM cookbook / MFC for best practice implementation. Involve in BE IE wide alignment and optimization capabilitiesAccountable for yearly/ quarterly Mal CT90th, Range, hold lot, aging lots and loose lot target setting also monitoring for WFM KPIs.
