Multi-Skilled (Electrician, Plumber, Maintenance)

**Responsibilities**:- Inspection of all common areas of the managed property which includes all Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms- Regular checking and cleaning of all electrical and mechanical equipment- Monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of equipment and accessories- Report any abnormalities to the Property Manager- Assist in monitoring of fit out works and reports any noncompliance/violations of contractors inside the premises- Assist Project Manager/Property Manager in formulating preventive maintenance and improvement plans for the premises- Attend to job request and other emergency job whenever necessary- Perform basic troubleshooting of critical equipment such as Air-Conditioning System, Generator Set, Elevator and all Mechanical pumps installed in the managed property- Other tasks as assigned**Qualifications**:- High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate- Certificate in electrical / plumbing / mechanical works is a plus- Ability to speak and understand basic English- Living in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Taguig and Las Piñas- At least 3 years working experience as a multi-skilled electrician or plumber- Willing to work on extended hours/holidays/weekends**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Electrical/Plumbing: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
