Senior Staff Engineer Process Stability

Leading in yield & quality improvement and cost reduction activities through data analysis.In your new role you will:Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes an establish good controlsFocus on enhancing L1 early detections and improvement on escapees to next process, key line detection/ screening method/ disposition method to address escapeesSustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield.Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environmentAccountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCARProvide technical consultation and guidance team to ensure team success in daily tasks and projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology.More than 5 years related experience in Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing backgroundPosses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge.Possess knowledge of Systematic Problem Solving methodology 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish BoneGood knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs First level reliability (Knowledge of various failure modes, knowledge of application and respective reliability requirements and test standards)BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
