In your new role you will: Responsible for IPTESTERS maintenance systematic and activities in order to achieve best equipment efficiency Troubleshoots and diagnoses major equipment problems. Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime Implement and executing tester improvement topics to improve Over Rejection LRR. Support new package ramp up and platform extension, Example: Relocation,T32 and ERB release Establish/enhance setup and troubleshooting guide to ensure testers have reliable machine uptime, gather all the learning and sharing to technician to built technician competency and awareness Drive Technicians with knowledge sharing on testers to less tester breakdown issues to support production You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred More than 5 years of experience in maintenance/equipment engineering Experience in ETS88/IPTest tester platform will be added advantage Able to collaborate with cross functions Possess good analytical skills & problem solving skills Experience in 8D methodology, FMEA/MFMEA required Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
