Senior Sales Executive | Ncr

We are looking for a highly-motivated Sales Executive who will lead the team of the company with its most important clients in the Philippines. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with our national distributors and national key customers by understanding their requirements, and then jointly planning and creating value with them with the company brands. Your objective will be to influence our customers’ decisions in critical business areas which will build the business for them and for us.

- Responsible for Development & Achievement of Company Sales of his/her Team Regional Distributors.
- Ownership of Joint Business Plans with Top Key Customers –(scorecarding, customer calendar promotions, in-store interventions, merchandising)
- Collaborates internally with Multi-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver business results; while also serving as the link between customers and company.
- Training and monitoring of Retail Operations Team in order to achieve 100% Retail Standards.
- Monitoring Sales and Financial reports and analyzing them in pre-defined cycles.
- Any other assignment as instructed by the Company from time to time.
- Act compliant with all company procedures.
