Working with us means achieving great results with the support of highly professional peers and in a family atmosphere.**What you will be doing**:- Design a strategy and media plan for promotion on social media platforms.- Oversee social media account designs.- Generate, edit, and publish content according to the plan- Monitor SM metrics and adjust the plan.- Communicate with the followers.**What we're looking for**:- Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing or any business-related course- Proven work experience as a Social Media having proficiency in social media tools and deep understanding of different social media platforms, networking sites, and emerging media.- Excellent copywriting skills.- Experience in managing a portfolio of affiliates/publishers from a b2c loans segment will be an advantage.- Having knowledge of online marketing models (CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.) is a nice to have.- Good communication, business presentation, and analytical skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team concept mentality.- Data-driven mindset and structured thinking- Energetic, tenacious self-starter with the ability to remain resourceful while working in a fast-paced environment.**Work Setup Requirements**:- Can work full-time.- Temporary work from home with some days required in the Office- Stable internet connection with good bandwidth- Willing to work in Makati**How to Apply**:Send your cover letter, updated CV in PDF or Word format, and sample work portfolio.**What we offer**:- Competitive salary and incentive package- Start-up culture that cultivates involvement and a positive work environment.- An innovative technological B2C product- Opportunity for rapid career growth**Benefits**:- Company events- Opportunities for promotion- Paid trainingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
