Description Job Summary Marketing Communications is seeking a MarCom Generalist based in Manila to own and support a broad variety of MarCom tasks, including but not limited to content/collateral development and translations (~60%); some event marketing (~30%); and possible support with SEO (~10%); and other MarCom tasks as assigned.
What You'll Be Doing: Content/Collateral Development Prepare or edit content (posters, flyers, ads, presentations, speaking abstracts, eDMs, speaking proposals, white papers, trade show booth graphics and demo posters, published customer success stories, pitches, images, renderings, animations, blogs ghost-written articles, etc.) Take an ownership role of processes for content development, approvals, translation, publication and distribution.Ensure brand guidelines, writing guides and standards are always met.Ensure proper processes are followed and assets are kept up to date in the digital asset management tool.Deliver or oversee delivery of all creative and product content (working with creative agency and product marketing managers), logistics, metrics, and execution of events.Manage yourself and other cross-functional team members/collaborators to meet stringent deadlines while producing quality work.Event Management Help plan and execute a portion of the 60+ global events in which PI participates annually: tradeshows, industry conferences, trainings, virtual events, webinars, podcasts, etc.Lead event planning and event sync meetings as well as handle logistical details as needed.Oversee key messages/theme; event goals; booth builder vendor, design and development; graphic design (working with outside agency); selection/placement of product product demos and accompanying poster content (working with marketing); etc.Leverage and/or refine processes to support communication and operations for managing vendors and communicating internally.Support on-site logistics, travel, and other activities as necessary.Manage events within specified budget.Provide event success metrics and reports.SEO Perform Search Engine Optimization of the Power Integrations website, including:
Conducting comprehensive website analysis, focusing on keyword performance and optimization, to enhance the site's visibility and ranking on search engines.Performing competitive analysis, evaluating the SEO strategies of industry competitors to identify opportunities for improving our website's search engine placement.Implementing content modifications and optimization strategies, including but not limited to keyword integration, meta-tag creation, and content structuring, to elevate the website's search engine performance.Regularly analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of SEO efforts, utilizing analytics tools to track changes in website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall engagement metrics, informing future optimization strategies.What We're Seeking: 5+ years marketing communications experienceBachelor's degree graduate in marketing, graphics design, advertising, communication arts or other related coursesKnowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.Familiarity using Digital Asset Management tools such as Aprimo or Bynder or similar.Excellent communication skills, especially impeccable written and spoken English language and grammar. The AP Stylebook is your bible and use the Oxford comma only when needed.Strong project management skills and experience.An energetic, fearless, positive, can-do attitude mixed with professionalism and acute attention to detail.Someone who is process-oriented, but adaptable.Someone detail-oriented (did we say that?), with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with short deadlines.Understands SEO principles, techniques, and tools, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link-building, and an awareness of current SEO trends and algorithms.Experience using web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) and SEO analysis tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz) to track website performance and interpret data for strategy improvement.Ability to create and optimize content for SEO, which includes understanding of keyword placement, meta descriptions, headers, and SEO-friendly writing.Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS). Team player with strong relationship management skills, able to manage cross-functional project teams to deliver tasks on deadline.Ability to grasp how individual task, roles, departments fit into the bigger corporate picture and missionAn ability to juggle priorities, a sense of urgency (not panic), and a sense of humor.This role reports to the Director of MarCom based in California. The ideal person will have strong project management experience, heavy trade show management experience, the ability to grasp the larger picture while still paying attention to details to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
