Senior Manager Industrial Engineering

Manage, and propose solutions for the Manufacturing Execution System(MES) for Operation improvement.In your new role you will:Lead MES operation sustaining team to execute factory Digitalization introduction, and readiness preparation in terms of hardware, equipment, tools, and material.Coordinate MES (Manufacturing Execution System) CAMSTAR / Op-Center User Acceptance Test (UAT), buy-off process, and implementation of CAMSTAR / Op-Center improvement activities for fulfillment of overall OP(Operation) KPI performances.Support and sustain of MES system's new requests prioritization from OP users, site priority setting, and mitigate risks on new MES system upgrades, and stable releases.Collaborate and drive with FI (Factory Integration) for MES system optimization/simplification and standardization to global standards.Drive and support IT solutions to improve shopfloor MES, and ensure the availability of effective IT tools/ systematic to support the production processes.Coach and guide in preparing training documents & coach trainers/engineers/technicians/operators for implementation of state-of-the-art MES.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Master/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics/ Information Technology)10 years of experience in Manufacturing Automation and knowledge of state-of-the-art Manufacturing Execution Systems is an added advantage.Innovative capability and Visionary mindsetAnalytical and Problem solving skills.Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem-solving, and solution finding.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
