Senior Engineer Information Technology - Production Data Warehouse (Pdwh)

Provide 2nd level support on Production Data Warehouse (PDWH) for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally.In your new role you will:Define, design, build and enhance business intelligence solutions.Provide 2nd level support on Production Data Warehouse (PDWH) for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally. Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA solutions in manufacturing domain.Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse are running in a stable and high performance level as per SLA.Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations support area ( automation of monitoring and internal controls) and control costs as per budget. Support in development and release change request.Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks.Able to work on AP & EU business hours during critical period.Able to work on call standby on weekdays and weekend on critical operation support.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course.Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database.Understanding of Data Warehousing / ETL techniques.Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage.Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong in service support operations & experienced in ticketing tracking systems.Familiar with business processes in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry.Good communication skills and a proactive team player.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
