In your new role you will:Provide Level 3 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and configuration issue on network infrastructure operational tasks such as resolve incident tickets and change requests.Proactively checking network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.Provide expert level knowledge for WAN, LAN, Wireless, DHCP and network security.Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in network infrastructure.Works closely with other network engineers and cross-functional teams, review, execute technical designs and provide technical direction.Participate in global on-call (24x7) support rotation with other members of the network.Responsible for document operational processes and procedures.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in an IT related field or the equivalent skill.Network equivalent experience is preferred.Experience in supporting enterprise level networks and infrastructure. deployments, hands-on experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches.Excel in troubleshooting/problem solving skills.Experience working with Wireshark and Packet tracer.Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.Able to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints that are often outside of your control.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
