As Specialist Package Design and Drafting you are involved in innovation projects that define the base for future products of Infineon. Within an international working team you are supporting the product development projects of Backend package development or Divisions projects.In your new role you will:Responsible the creation of technical package drawings with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD.Cover definition and development of package design and drafting methods, guidelines and business processes for the package development of Backend.Maintenance of package drawings in SAP database and package data in Master data application.Maintenance of marking pattern drawing guidelines and database for packages and modules.Ensure work tasks are managed within time, budget and scope of the development projects.Working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics).At least 3 years of relevant working experience in design of semiconductor packages.Solid knowledge in mechanical design software such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks or other CAD software.Solid Knowledge about mechanical construction standards.Knowledge about semiconductor packaging, assembly technologies and processes.Knowledge in Marking Processes or Equipment as advantage.Used to work with MS Office, experience with SAP as an advantage.Able to be effectively communicate and work in global teams.Analytical and Problem Solving SkillsBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
