Senior Director Quality Engineering

In your new role you will:Responsible for overall Quality Engineering functions in MAL,ensure in process production line quality performance, implement processes, control plans and methods, ensures deviation management,handling of non-conformance and drive improvement activities to meet quality target.This include overall production volume quality control, new products /package ramp up (from A9), new changes (machine/method/material) ramp up(after for the site MAL.Drive quality strategic topics to meet operational excellence in Quality, Productivity, Speed to achieve stability in MAL role has significant impact on quality figures for Site MAL overall, and eventually BE cluster.Drive organization goals with leadership roles & high performance behavior. This function also responsible as OP heads quality business partner to the respective OP, then Module for all quality related matters and act as single interface to MAL COO for MAL Assembly and TestQuality topics.
