Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager in San Jose del Monte. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications Extensive experience in Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Construction Management MUST have waterline experience In-depth knowledge of Budgeting, Project Management, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in managing large-scale construction projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus
