Security Manager

Job Description:
Reports directly to the Director of Security Responsible for planning, coordination, organization, staff supervision and quality controls for the security operation. Ensuring all incidents are immediately solved and all operational activities are conducted effectively and efficiently. Provides leadership, motivation and directions to all security supervisors and officers Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of Criminology or its equivalent Three (3) years experience in the same position, preferably in hotel industry Five (5) years experience in security and government Intelligence Proficient in all aspects of security operations (i.e Admin & Personnel, Intelligence, Operations, Logistics, CEIS, Finance, Plans & Programs, Training). Must have an ability to analyze threat and risk potential Physically and mentally fit.
