**Daily Roles and Responsibilities**- Reporting Metrics - Currently, I'm doing a lot of our reporting manually andI'd like this position to take over this task for me (and other colleagues).- CRM Management (Pipedrive) - We use Pipedrive as our CRM, and it needssome management (filling out missing information from sign ups)- Automating Internal Processes - We have some processes (e.g. collectinginformation for Case Studies) that I'd like to work to automate.- Operational Support with existing Customers (Not Sales) - We have somecustomers that might need specific assistance (e.g. connecting theirMailChimp account).**Salary**: Php55,000.00 - Php115,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Flexible shift**Experience**:- Operations Manager: 3 years (required)- CRM: 1 year (preferred)
