Potential to earn ~Php150,000 monthly on commissions (conditions apply).Responsibilities:Infinity Asia and Global Sales Officers are mainly focused on selling and promoting the real estate projects of the company, specifically by:Meeting the minimum sales standards set forth by the companySeeking out potential buyers for project unitsParticipating in promotional events such as open-houses, client presentations, sales-rallies and distribution of promotional materialsPresenting opportunities to potential buyers to purchase project unitsAccompanying potential buyers to project site/s and touring them through facilities and model unit/sAttending to any questions, concerns and requests about the project/sUltimately, closing sales deals of project units with potential buyersDocumenting feedback from potential buyers and reporting these to Infinity Head OfficeAssisting and coordinating with Infinity Head Office on documentation, payments, etc.Minimum qualifications for candidates:Completed at least second year of college (or equivalent) in any fieldGood verbal and written communication skillsPersonable and willing to relate to people of different backgroundsPrepared to do field workOpen to flexible schedule and hours
