But we're far from done.In our constant pursuit of excellence and improvement, we create teams that support our business and each other.**The Role**As a Sales Head, you are responsible for delivering the lending sales and non-lending cross-sell target assigned to the segment. As the department head, you are expected to lead the sales organization through goal setting, training, campaign ideation, process improvement and performance management. The Sales Head will also engage and partner internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities to achieve sales volume and other performance metrics.**How you'll contribute**- Sales Execution - Lead the sales organization to deliver committed targets for lending and non-lending products. Ensure quality clients are onboarded.- Sales Quality - Ensure sales team properly executes and close transaction of clients. This covers all governance related processes including AML checks and documentation matters.- Sales Performance - Track productivity and identify opportunities to improve processes, policies and performance of organization. These could through training or campaigns.- Operational Excellence - Set Up/Review/Improve key processes and systems relating to overall sales organization. Own sales related requirements in system/process changes.- People Leadership - Ensure team members are properly engaged and their training needs are timely met for them to deliver their roles.- Stakeholder Management - Timely engage key stakeholders to update them on new developments, new opportunities or to escalate issues in relevant business forums.- It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.**What we're looking for**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or any related field.- At least 10 years of relevant work experience- Specializes in Banking and Finance, Sales- Sales leadership experience either in Branches or Direct Sales.- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, product experience in secured/unsecured lending, as well as cash management and insurance.- Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage upwards and downwards.LI-MH1LI-Hybrid
