Sales Associate - Mandarin Speaking

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares highly sensitive and confidential letters and reports based on specific issues.
Create communications, correspondence, presentations, minutes, agenda, and other administrative documents as needed by the team.
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Maintain diary, schedule meetings and appointments and provide reminders to the Sales Head.
Be available as a resource for the team who need assistance with completing projects.
Perform related job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Must be a College Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
Candidate with experience working in marketing or sales admin is a plus.
Must be keen on details and perform quickly tasks to be assigned.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
With good communication skills and can deal with different people at different levels.
Can work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
