• Generate sales.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from the company products or services and maximizing client potential.
• Represent the company, its products, values, and philosophy.
• Establish, improve, and maintain company relations with Clients.
• Formulate, improve, and deliver effective presentations and demos
• Effective and proper communications between client and company
• Effective communication and collaboration with other departments within the company.
• Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information.
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Site visits, inspection, data gathering and documentation.
• Research and development of products both old and new.
• Conduct cold calls.
• Maintain, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing communications, related to sales and marketing department.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Handling of sales leads, opportunities, projects, and other assigned works.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely encoding of business activities into the Company’s ERP System.
• May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation as requested by superiors.
• Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Involvement in events and affairs related to the marketing department.
• Handling of after sales service concerns.
• Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director or designated superiors.
