Sales And Marketing Specialist

• Overall in charge of operations, coordination and supervision of the team.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Ensure that customers are happy with our service by providing on-time delivery, complete orders, and quality set up.
• Responsible for overall planning/scheduling and ensuring complete and efficient deliveries/pullouts.
• Ensure that the items are delivered and returned in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages.
• Ensure smooth ingress and egress by closely coordinating with other departments and our customers.
• Investigate customer concerns and feedback, and come up with action plans to improve customer service.
• Analyze, improve and review operational policies and procedures for long term stability
• Ensure that items are in usable condition for events by running an efficient inspection and maintenance system.
• Responsible for training and development of the team.
• Other duties are necessary for smooth project implementation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Can lead and motivate a team, has good interpersonal skills.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Service-oriented and glad to satisfy customer needs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Proficient in computer work (Word, Excel, email).
• Highly organized and good in problem-solving.
• Has excellent planning and coordination skills.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): planning, coordination, operations, logistics, customer care, leadership, management, events.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Operations or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned at Comm.Ave, Matandang Balara, Quezon City.
