Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service. Promptly and courteously address incoming guest inquiries through various communication channels. Effectively handle multiple guest inquiries simultaneously, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities. Provide accurate information, resolve guest queries, and offer assistance with reservations, amenities, and directions. Proactively identify and resolve guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and relay messages as necessary RequirementsAs a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree holder Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications Sound knowledge of customer service principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Amenable to US Night Shift work schedule and Tuesday and Wednesday Offs.
