One of Australia’s Leading Educational Suppliers is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate its busy and growing team. In this challenging and exciting role, you will work with the General Manager and Director to design and implement online and offline marketing campaigns, including sponsoring conferences, online advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization to promote our websites and products to find leads and potential customers.
You will assist with creating, updating, and maintaining online advertisements on Google (visual) Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other content-related online marketing mediums, and coordinate the ‘Marketing Email Blasts’ and lead-nurturing our client database.
You will coordinate your team in conducting thoughtful online research, writing varied and interesting articles, and constantly exploring new marketing directions to improve the network of Compliant Learning Resources’ websites presence, visibility and organic lead generation. You will also assist with troubleshooting technical issues on our Client Management System.
Furthermore, you will support and motivate your team to drive marketing performance by creating brochures, banners, and images, elegantly written emails and articles, writing and creating visual online advertisements (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Banner Ads).
Expected KPIs:
Coordinate marketing team to meet all deadlines for projects and daily/weekly/monthly tasks
Constant communication and reporting with the management and colleagues in relation to marketing and promotions
Assist with analysing email, advertising campaign data, and online advertising performance to make informed marketing decisions and give recommendations
Meeting and exceeding email marketing campaign KPIs including open and click rates
Update brochures, emails, the website, and other point of sale
Achieve lead generation and marketing penetration targets through paid and organic methods

Requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience in marketing roles
At least 1 year of leadership experience of a small team, preferably in a fast-paced online marketing environment
Hands-on experience with Online Advertising (Google Adwords), Email Marketing, or Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Experience in using email marketing platforms such as Marketo or Pardot is highly desirable
Experience in using Salesforce CRM or similar is highly desirable
Experience in copy-writing for advertising, email campaigns, and/or websites is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphics software is an advantage
