Details of the offer

? Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes
? Management of inventory
? Management of databases used by the operations team and the customer service team
? Documentation and tracking of all current and past promotions
? Documentation and tracking of all procurements, disbursements, expenses for accounting purposes
? Support the Customer Service team with any relevant investigations or escalations as needed
? Support team KPIs
? Assist in the preparation of reports to internal teams as required
? Assist with any other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
? Track and report progress of activities against deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
? At least 1 year of experience in business administration or operations-related fields
? Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
? Database management knowledge is a plus
? Strong organizational skills
? Good verbal and communication skills
? Excellent team working skills and flexibility in their approach to work
? Effective problem-solving skills including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned

?9AM - 6PM
?FIXED WEEKENDS OFF
