Retail Chat Support

We are currently looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Chat Support Associates.In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn as much as 18,000 PHP per month.Join us and become a valued member of our team!Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chatResolve customer issues and concerns in a timely mannerEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality serviceEscalate complex issues to the appropriate departmentMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactionsStay updated on product knowledge and company policiesCollaborate with team members to achieve performance targetsQualifications:At least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.HS/SHS Grad + 6mos. work experience (maybe formal, OJT) combinedProficiency in typing and multitasking to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
