Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Altitude Games is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers, assisting them with technical issues and troubleshooting their concerns. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong strategic planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with our products- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our system- Work closely with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems- Assist with testing new features and updates before they are released to customers- Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and suggest improvements to our products- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide the best support to our customers

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a remote support role- Strong strategic planning and people management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and under pressure- Knowledge of mobile and online gaming platforms is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
