Things to know before applying: You must have your own work equipment You are able to work remotely You can work full-time for this role Experience working with clients/companies outside PH is an advantage Only candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted Duties and Responsibilities:Monitoring the product site for any unresolved requests and promptly addressing them.Redeploying product changes on the QA openbook environment to ensure functionality and performance.Verifying and maintaining the integrity of code and pipeline setups.Updating the QA branch with relevant product changes and managing environment variables as requested.Tracking and managing GitHub repository changes and reviewing pipeline reset processes.Investigating and resolving issues related to RDS instance connectivity and URL configurations.Ensuring the proper setup and configuration of RDS within the VPC.Documenting infrastructure processes and setups, particularly during maintenance periods.Collaborating with developers to optimize query runtime and create necessary cron jobs for system automation.Exporting and managing data dumps for both production and staging environments.Implementing and documenting changes to production and development pipelines.Debugging and fine-tuning AWS CodePipeline setups and deploying development changes.Communicating effectively regarding production setup and facilitating budgeting for reserve instances for the openbook system.Qualifications:Proficient in managing and monitoring product environments, including QA and production setups.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHub for code deployment and management.Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS (CloudFormation, CloudFront, RDS, VPC) and familiarity with Azure and Google Cloud.Ability to document and communicate infrastructure processes effectively.Experience with database management, including exporting and migrating data between environments.Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.Effective communication skills for collaborating with developers and stakeholders on system setups and pipeline updates.Capable of creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure setups and processes.Proactive approach to optimizing and improving development and production environments through automation and best practices.
