Job description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Live Chat Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the live chat function for our company, ensuring excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for supervising a team of live chat agents, providing training and guidance as needed. You must possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.

Key responsibilities include:- Monitoring and managing live chat conversations to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries - Analyzing chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of live chat interactions- Training and guiding live chat agents to improve their performance- Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and feedback

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a live chat management role- Independent and confident personality traits- Strong people management and cooperation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proven track record of meeting targets and goals in a customer service environment
