Handling Corporate events/ teamevents and organizing the same
Coordinate between thecorporate secretaries to make sure documents of BCS is up to date andaccurate
Assist HR in executing teambuilding activities and trainings or any other Center wide huddles/townhalls
Coordinating between theaccount managers and Finance/HR team to ensure operations smoothly run
Candidate should have someknowledge or interest in systems and operating systems (HRIS, Finance)
Should have good presentationskills
Should be able to initiatetasks too
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in operations coordination, or related roles.
Knowledge or interest in HRIS and Finance systems is preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to take initiative.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
