Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Zalora Philippines. This position will be based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines and will be part-time with a Mid-to-Senior Level seniority requirement. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the live chat team, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through live chat interactions.3. Monitor live chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.4. Train and coach live chat agents on best practices for customer service and communication.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to live chat customer service.

Requirements:1. Confident and energetic personality to lead a team of live chat agents.2. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and innovation to drive continuous improvement in customer service.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.4. Ability to work independently and make decisions that positively impact customer experience.5. Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
