This is a full-time, on-site role as Duty Manager located in Pasay. The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints, and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel's facilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing several departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure that the hotel consistently maintains high levels of guest satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or hotel management Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel booking software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the hotel industry in a supervisory capacity is a plus Knowledge of a second language is a plus Benefits of working as a Duty Manager in Philippines:
