Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in client support and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote assistance to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in client support

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients- Resilient personality with the confidence to handle difficult situations- Strong people management and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving work environment- Proficient in using technology and remote support tools- Prior experience in client support is a plus but not required
