Recruitment Specialist (Uk Client) - Alabang - Onsite

Responsibilities:• Processing end-to-end recruitment from crafting job ads and posting them, CV Screening, phone screening, endorsing to clients, facilitating interviews, and preparing job contracts• Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned.Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques.• Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experienceQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field• 1-2 years of recruitment experience in (relevant industry)• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills• Proficiency in both written and spoken English• Amenable to work in the afternoon (2 pm to 11 pm)
