The Recruitment Specialist position is will be joining our specialized Accounting and Finance clients for industry-specific requisitions. As part of our new team, you will be tasked with the following:


Utilize international jobseeker channels, tools, and services for finding qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, tests, and assessment processes to screen and qualify potential candidates for specialized Financial and Accounting positions Maintain continuous candidate relationship from sourcing to onboarding Coordinate and maintain a healthy relationship with offshore clients and hiring managers to keep a healthy recruitment funnel Minimum Qualifications:

As a candidate, you must have:


Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting A binding interest in pursuing Recruitment as a long-term career Excellent English is written and oral communications skill Strong analytical skills and business understanding of different industries Willingness to work on a permanent and fixed graveyard shift
