DocumentationUpdate job descriptions and job specifications as directed by the DirectorProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR teamPreparation of Job Offer if neededProvide candidates with requirements checklist anf background check formIII. Candidate relationsActs as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote company's reputation as "best place to work"Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and employeesCoordinate and implement college recruitment initiativesIV. Other tasks related to the positionAdministrative duties and recordkeeping as directed by the Managing Director.Other related duties as assigned.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.Can start asap will be prioritized
