Recruitment Marketing Senior Analyst

Job Description:
The HR Recruiting Senior Analyst executes all activities associated with generating applications from specific sourcing channels (i.e., target universities, events, internet, alumni, employee referral, in house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment and Marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:


Do end to end events management Plan Recruitment events such as Table Talk and HR Congress Do partnerships with different external vendors and stakeholders such as Recruitment Marketing Team (Branding, positioning of Accenture) and Hiring Managers. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course Must have at least 3-5 years relevant work experience in Recruitment Marketing or Events Management Strong stakeholder management
