Reconciliation Specialist

?Job SummaryThis job is mainly a support function for operations & finance to ensure merchant accounts reconciliation and acquiring bank credits reconciliation; and to maintain records for the accounting and audit purposes. Additionally, this job extends to processing of merchants’ settlement requests.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of multiple assigned accounts using manual and automated matching routines, along with research and follow throughs of any unreconciled transactions.Analyzes and records all appropriate debit and credit adjustments.Adheres to established procedures for efficiency in an effort to reduce outstanding items.Monthly Gross Salary RangePhp 20,000 to Php 25,000 (based on the qualifications)BenefitsMandatory Benefits (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, 13th Month Pay).Paid Leaves upon hiring.HMO coverage upon hiring (Php 250k MBL). Dependents are also covered for the following: a) Married employee - legitimate spouse and children only (as long as not covered in other HMO I program); b) Single parent employee - child/children only; c) Single employee (without child) - coverage is limited to himself/herself.College graduate is required.At least 6 months to 1 year hands-on experience preferably in the financial services industry, preferably in an e-money oriented organization.Has an understanding in the areas of electronic funds transfer systems, multi-currency reconciliations, chargebacks and disputes management and processing, fraud analysis, transaction processing, general auditing, etc.With working knowledge in reconciliation processes in the payment industry.Above average analytical skills; able to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusionsAble to write routine reports.Sense of accuracy; keen to details.With highest sense of integrity, proficiency, responsibility and accountability.Well-organized--a team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.Demonstrates initiative and desire to grow with the company.Has the desire and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.Willing to work in a start-up firm.Amenable to work on our 2 sets of work schedules (both Sun-Thu and Mon-Fri); Mid-shift (12NN to 9PM)?.
