Loan Processor / Admin

BMG Outsourcing Inc is seeking for an experienced **Loan Processor/Administrator. **The successful applicant will join a diverse team with a mixture of backgrounds in financial industry in Australia.The main responsibility will evolve but not limited to assisting Mortgage brokers in Loan processing and administration.**Responsibilities**:**Loan Processing and Administration**- Receiving initial loan information and documentation from a Mortgage Broker- Data entry- Complete pricing requests for clients by contacting/arranging with lenders- Ordering up front valuations**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience as a loan processor or currently in an Australian mortgage or finance related field would be preferred- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written- Good general computer and database usage skills- File management- Strong customer service and organisational skills- With strong attention to detail- Proven ability to work unsupervised- With good sense of initiative and great confidence- Ability to work to deadlines- Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone- Full time position only**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work onsite?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Australian mortgage: 2 years (preferred)- Loan processing / admin: 2 years (preferred)- BPO: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
