INGENUITI Is currently looking for:  QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST I Department:Quality AssuranceReports to:Team LeadSupervises:New hires (QA Specialist in training) Purpose of Job:  The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for format and functional reviews of all Ingenuiti projects to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client specifications. Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards: Follow QA practices and procedures to ensure continual and effective review and implementationProven ability to work independently as well as in a team settingMust be able to assist team members in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure project completionDemonstrated technical, logical, critical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to communicate effectively; orally and in writingEnsure accuracy of format and functionality of deliverablesAbility to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environmentFlexibility toadapt to change and willingness to learn and develop new skill sets as applicablePerforms other duties and special assignments as directed by managementWork Environment:  Professional office environment that is fast-paced, high quality and deadline-driven. Requirements:  Education:Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with work experience, training, and educationLicenses/Certificates:Beneficial but not required.Experience:1 year experience Skills: Time managementSelf-MotivatedAttention to detailAccuracyTeam playerTechnical and analytical proficienciesWorks well under pressureOrganizedGood communication skillsPositive attitudePhysical Demands: Long hours sometimes required to meet project deadlines which can include evenings, weekends and holidays.Periods of sitting at a desk viewing computer screens.Other: Critical thinking, logical aptitudesInterest in languages and different culturesMulti-Lingual skills are a plus
