Purchasing Staff

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in Accounting
2-3 years' experience in purchasing is required
Highly skilled in dealing with supplier costing
Highly detailed oriented and organized in work
Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collate various supplier quotations and costing for comparison and references
Process purchase orders, schedule deliveries, monitor the item status, and ensures complete transport of goods or services
Ensures accuracy and completeness of invoices or billings for timely payment
Interact and negotiate with the suppliers on a regular basis
Review inventories and order as required
Manage travel requests and related concerns
Any other related tasks that may be assigned
