Position Title : Property Manager
Reports to : PMS Director
Property Name: La Nobleza Terrazas managed by Hospitality Innovators, Inc.
Property Location: Manila City

Summary of Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the property including building façade, engineering facilities and equipment, common areas, and garden; records keeping of units owners contracts and government permits, licenses, and other pertinent documents; ensures that association rules and regulations are functional and honored including the timely payment s of utility bills and association dues.

Others
Regularly coaches staff to develop skills in the different facets of the property
Conducts annual performance appraisals of staff providing honest and appropriate feedback
Participates in the hiring process
Attends trainings and meetings as needed or requested
Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Preferably licensed electrical or mechanical engineer
Has an experience in pre-opening condo corp property
5 years and up experience in condo corp setting
