The Project Supervisor's primary responsibility is ensuring the installation and completion of projects in a successful and timely manner at a high level of quality Coordinate with internal departments and clients for scheduling, correctness, completeness and quality of product. Supervise installation teams in a balanced and professional manner. Conduct periodic inspections to review important site details, site readiness, progress and punch lists. In coordination with production, ensure we deliever a high quality product that our clients will be happy with. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of each project handled. Perform other work assigned by General Manager, for example: periodic suggestions to improve procedures.Degree holders in architecture, interior design, engineering or related fields. We will consider other applicants provided they have proven achievement in related project supervision.At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in high quality finishing construction in modular systems with superior job performance ratings.Ability to think systematically and plan in order to simplify work, increase efficiency and effectiveness.Good interpersonal skills: can handle subordinates, colleagues and clients in a mature, balanced, professional manner; maintain good relationships, while ensuring proper and fair work accomplishments.Detail and quality orientation, persistence and resourcefulness, integrity and loyalty, willingness to admit mistakes and improve in keeping with the culture of the company.
