Project Manager (Go-To-Market)

**Overall Responsibility**The **Project Manager** works across team markets to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES _- Prepares checklist, materials and action flows for execution and completion of projects/packages solutions.- Communication, manage expectations and ensure alignment with Local team and Operations across each Markets.- Coordinate and oversee production deployment activities/projects.- Monitors and tracks project/deliveries regularly and prepares necessary updates and presentations in relation to the project- Resolving any timing conflicts and solving problems to ensure smooth process.**Job Requirements and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree holder- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a drive for continuous improvement.- Ability to prioritize workload, work well under pressure and deliver high quality output that meets tight deadlines.- Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict- Excellent judgement and negotiation abilities to deal with project and customer change requests- Outstanding organizational skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 2 years (required)- Operations Management: 2 years (required)- Shared Service/BPO, multinational company: 2 years (required)
