Responsibilities
• Effectively monitor and organize Asana as the main project management tool• Create and maintain project templates, workflows, and processes• Manage and create templates for ad hoc requests and project kickoffs• Build out custom workflow templates for company's standard services• Plan company goals with a single source of truth for objectives and key results• Conduct training/orientation on how to use Asana• Integrate Asana with other tools and systems• Ensure functional workflows• Perform relevant tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Expert/Highly experienced in using the Asana Project Management tool• Passionate and highly skilled in task and workflow analysis• Excellent leadership and communication skills• Strong organization and time management skills• Previous work experience in the beauty industry is preferred
