Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away!What you will do:Overall responsibility to overlook site installation in terms of quality, technical compliance and safety.Ensure the good engineering practice and maintenance friendly, safe operation is implemented.Support during Testing and Balancing.Continues improvement.Responsible for bill of quantity and material take off and costing during project tender stage and execution as the case may be.Support for tender and subcontractor selection.Assist on design and engineering on mechanical systemsMaterial incoming receipt and inspection.Responsible for site supervision of mechanical installations to ensure it meet quality & schedule requirements and installed items are as per approved drawings.Responsible for execution of site services and facility maintenance services for our key clients.Co-ordinate with client Representative and QA/QC staff pertaining to Validation activities where required.What we look for:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Preferably minimum 2 years working experience in similar industries and in project management.Speak optimally, foster open communication; listen to others; deliver presentations optimally. Demonstrate the ability to present information clearly so that it is understood by customers; achieve understanding and agreement with customers/contractors, other department and sales staff.
