| Role | As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will lead our construction division, ensuring the exceptional quality, safety, and profitability of our projects.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Licensed Professional Engineer Preferably with a Master's or Post-Graduate Degree Must have at least 15 years of experience in the same field and at least 10 years of managerial capacity Expertise in Project Management, Risk Management, and People Management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in relevant construction project management software Adept in coaching and offering guidance to subordinates | Salary Range | Competitive salary ranging from Php 150,000 - Php 250,000, with additional benefits.
