Responsibilities:
Arranges shift schedule of the workers
Supervises the work of the Foreman
Monitors various functions of the section
Highlights quality problems and keeps the concerned personnel informed
Compile all daily, weekly and monthly reports and submits to Production Manager
Maintains and improves QMS documentation of the section as per ISO requirements
Ensures discipline among the section personnel
Does other jobs as assigned from time to time
