Product Manager (Pos Credit)

Your Future Tasks: · Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver cutting-edge features
· Provide specifications and sequence diagram for mobile apps and web
· Built mobile and web analytics
· Tasks acceptance / participation in releases (apps, web) acceptance before deployment
· Improve one of the main products - POS financing
· Enhance process monitoring with our product analytics team
· Collaborate with Marketing, Risks, and Portfolio teams to manage a backlog of enhancements
· Support business in vendor & product integration discovery
· Conduct research and formulate hypotheses for improvements
· Service and feature development for merchants and agents
· Identifying and responding for custom features to merchants
· Work and enhance of service on the origination of merchants
· Participate in market and Filipino habitat discovery
· Bring your own ideas and vision to help us become Fintech #1 in SEA
Successful Candidates Will Have: · 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a consumer-facing business, with expertise in mobile apps and web
· Startup experience (20-100 people) and a proven track record in creating financial products
· Work closely with product owner, the development and design teams, improving UX and the customer journey (a/b testing, troubleshooting)
· Fluent communication with developers, understanding of mobile OS (Android), and familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular)
· Knowledge of APIs, understand REST/gRPC, system logs (Splunk, Graylog), and understanding of SQL and DBMS principles
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Intermediate English proficiency
Bonus Points If You: · Have experience with motivation and incentive
· Have experience working on service for staff such as agents, couriers, taxi drivers
· Have experience with Firebase, Amplitude, Appsflyer, Swagger, UML/BPMN
· Have experience at low-code framework
