Product Manager

Stealth Monitoring's Product Manager will be responsible for defining, planning and prioritization of key Stealth Technology Products. This will be achieved by developing product lifecycle.**Responsibilities**:- Map out and implementation of roadmap, strategy, and business models to manage Product Lifecycle.- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunity areas. Establish decisions when needed to be made to achieve business and technical goals as well as negotiating why certain products needs to be pushed out.- Work with Project Manager to have oversight project and ensure that product delivers required features within timeline and budget whilst actively managing risks and/or issues that may occur to minimize impact.- Run design sprints from research, understanding the problem, sketching ideas, and deciding which goes into priorities.- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.- Define success metrics for your product and manage stakeholder expectations. Be ultimately responsible for a product and take responsibility for it when reporting to the executives.- Review and maintain relevant documentation and ensure that all changes to product are well communicated to stakeholders.- Measure and analyze existing products to check for opportunities to innovate and improve features and the like.- Manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, requests by making smart, decisive trade-offs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.- Minimum of 5 years of product management, product development or business development experience; preferably in Telco, Internet, or Software Development industry.- Functional Competencies: Product Strategy Formulation, Product Portfolio Management - Product Development, Business Analysis and Project Management.- Startup experience is an advantage, Building product from the ground up- Strong and influential communicator and negotiator is necessary to achieve outcome and alignment- Creative problem solver: Passionate about building great products and technology to resolve customer and business problems.- Strong analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to make/recommend solutions based on data and insights to drive business outcomes- Ability to execute methodically and think strategically
