Details of the offer

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, or other similar fields.
At least 5 years’ experience in banking and financial services.
At least 2 years’ experience in developing banking cards and payment products from scratch.
At least 2 years’ experience working with international payment systems. Understanding of the payments market and corresponding customer behaviors.
Experience in launching such products in a digital space (e.g. app).
Deep understanding of payments cards technology: production, authentication, and security features.
Knowledge in and understanding of cards API interfaces in the card processing software.
Experience with BancNet ATM network cooperation would be an advantage, but not required.
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Above average verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
Able to communicate complex concepts persuasively to different audiences and levels within the organization.
Responsible, self-motivated, must be capable of and enjoy working independently, driving decisions and having an entrepreneurial mindset.
Wants to be challenged and looking for an entrepreneurial setup/culture.
Passionate about making a difference in the unbanked segment.
Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Manages products within international payment systems. Serves as the product expert. Combines industry analysis, extensive market research, and customer feedback to develop competitive banking products, particularly cards and payments products.
Develops the terms and conditions, pricing, commissions, and interest rates of cards and payments products by utilizing market research data. Reviews competitiveness, emerging trends, and its fit with customer needs.
Writes product requirements and descriptions, and develops the corresponding processes for the products with the Operations and IT teams, including certification of card products with international payment systems. Ensures to bring customers’ perspectives in the development of the processes, and advocates customers’ needs and interests.
Identifies key partners in the market for both inbound and outbound payments for company customers. Integrates the partners in cooperation with IT and Operations, and communicates new function/s to customers.
Monitors the market for competition activity, pricing changes, and other market trends.
Researches on new trends, and shares acquired knowledge with the team. Initiates new ideas.
Tracks sales results of each product. Cooperates with Sales team on improving business results, and identifying opportunities for marketing the developed products.
Creates materials, agreements, questionnaires, instructions, and other documents required for successful product implementation.
Develops joint marketing campaigns with international payment systems. Creates customer oriented content and materials describing the products, and cooperates with the creative team to align content with brand strategy for successful launch and promotion.
Supports app development (content-wise), and works together with the UX/UI team to deliver product visions and customer insights for both cards and payments products within the app.
Leads, identifies, and works on partnership strategy and execution that will help improve the products.
