Loan Portfolio Manager

Our client is one of a leading name in Fintech industry across the world. They are currently looking for a Loan Portfolio Manager to join their expanding team.About the RoleUnder the supervision of the Head of Investment, the Portfolio Manager will ensure the NPL portfolios deliver the forecasted performance and returns. The Portfolio Manager will follow closely the collections and the forecasts on a granular basis and inform key decision makers on the early deviations of assets and will actively contribute to the operational strategy. The Portfolio Manager has a key role in the update of business plan of acquired NPL portfolios and will work closely with the rest of the Investment Team, Operation Team, Finance and Data Analytics from various countries to understand the assets under management.**Responsibilities**:- Follow KPIs of portfolio on a regular basis and prepare data-driven analytical reports on the performance alongside with action plans to optimize performance- Responsible for monitoring onboarding of portfolios and prioritization of actions- Provide in the preparation of updated business plans- Assist in contributing to operational improvement and analysis of NPL portfolios, review and improvement of operational strategies and business models- Enhance existing reporting toolBudget: 80k - 120k**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
